A young man with loin pain
Abstract
Mr M, a 35-year-old gentleman, presented to the outpatientdepartment requesting investigation for ‘kidney stones’. Hecomplained of right loin pain radiating to the front for fourdays. There was a tingling sensation preceding the episodeof pain. It was a continuous nagging pain. He was otherwisewell with no significant past medical illnesses. The physicalexamination of his back revealed skin lesions. (copied from article)
