A woman with pain and stiffness of hands

Abstract

This 45 years old house wife presented with pain and stiffnessof her hands. The symptoms started 14 yrs ago. She noticedthe pain increases when she is in an air-conditioned roomwhen her fingers become white temporarily. Recently she ishaving frequent ‘indigestion’ and vomiting. (copied from article)
